Reported problems viewing the S4C videos and websites

As we advise on the previous page S4C programmes cannot be streamed outside the UK.
Some people even in the UK say they cannot see the English subtitles. Here's the answer. The videos are framed in orange and there are three grey buttons at the bottom right-hand corner - one marked "S" for subtitles, one for "full screen" and one for "mute". The link is correct for the English language version of the web page but some people have ended up on the Welsh language version so they could not see an "S" button for the English subtitles. The Welsh language version has an "I" button, standing for "Is-deitlau" - the Welsh for subtitles. To see the subtitles, click on the I and then select "Is-deitlau saesneg". Otherwise click on the "English" button at top right of the main screen to see the page in English.
Some people have said there is an English language edition of the two Byd ar Bedwar programmes. LLRC cannot confirm this.
